• CARE: Although we have tested the durability of our dollhouses with our own kiddos, please keep in mind that they are handmade + relatively fragile in nature. Carry from the bottom. Clean with soap, water + microfiber cloth.  Due to laser discrepancies and the handmade nature of our products, slight imperfections are likely, only adding to its unique character. However, if you have any questions or concerns upon arrival, please do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.

• SHIPPING: To streamline orders, we have included an average rate to ship within the USA. However, if necessary, we will refund you the difference once we have received your specific freight amount or arrange for pick-up if you are local to Charleston, Beaufort or surrounding areas.
